How the Bonus System Works
How the Bonus Balance Works
At Gambulls, you have two playable wallets: your Main Balance and your Bonus Balance.
This guide explains what the Bonus Balance is, how to use it, and what happens to bonus funds while a bonus is active.
Main Balance
Your Main Balance is your regular playable balance.
It can include:
- Deposits
- Winnings from Main Balance bets
- Claimed rewards
- Claimed bonuses after wagering is completed
You can withdraw your Main Balance after any required playthrough has been completed.
Your Main Balance has no bonus game restrictions.
Bonus Balance
Your Bonus Balance is used for active bonuses.
It can include:
- Voucher bonuses
- Bonus funds
- Free spin winnings linked to an active bonus
Bonus Balance cannot be withdrawn directly. It must complete the wagering requirement first, then be claimed into your
Main Balance.
Bonus Balance only exists while you have an active bonus.
Some bonuses may exclude specific games or providers.
Vault
Your Vault is a separate savings space.
It is never used for betting and is not affected by bonuses.
Wallet Switcher
Next to your balance in the header, you will find the wallet switcher.
The wallet marked Active is the wallet used for your bets. Every bet is deducted from the active wallet only. Your Main
Balance and Bonus Balance do not mix automatically.
You can switch to the Bonus wallet only while you have an active bonus. If you do not have an active bonus, the Bonus
option will be disabled. Activate a bonus first from the Bonuses page.
You can switch back to Main at any time. Switching wallets does not cancel your bonus. Your bonus stays active and your
Bonus Balance remains available.
When your bonus ends, your active wallet automatically returns to Main.
Tip: The header always shows the balance of your active wallet. If your balance looks lower than expected, check which
wallet is active. Your funds may be in the other wallet.
How a Bonus Works
1. Activate a bonus
Redeem a voucher code or activate a bonus from the Bonuses page.
You can only have one active bonus at a time.
2. Receive bonus funds
Bonus funds are added to your Bonus Balance.
For free spin bonuses, your Bonus Balance increases as your free spin winnings are settled.
3. Switch to the Bonus wallet
Only bets placed from the Bonus wallet count toward the bonus wagering requirement.
Bets placed from your Main wallet do not count toward bonus wagering.
4. Complete the wagering requirement
Each bonus has a playthrough target, such as 30x the bonus amount.
You can track your progress on the Bonuses page and in the wallet switcher.
5. Claim your bonus
Once the wagering requirement is completed, click Claim.
Your Bonus Balance will be converted into your Main Balance.
Some bonuses may have a maximum cash-out limit. If your Bonus Balance is higher than the allowed cash-out amount, the
extra amount will be removed when you claim.
6. Complete the final 1x playthrough
Like every free credit on Gambulls, the claimed amount must be wagered once before it can be withdrawn.
After the final 1x playthrough is completed, the funds can be withdrawn from your Main Balance.
How a Bonus Can End
A bonus is not permanent money. When a bonus ends, any remaining Bonus Balance is removed and your active wallet returns
to Main.
Claimed
You completed the wagering requirement and claimed the bonus.
Your Bonus Balance is converted to Main Balance, up to the maximum cash-out limit if one applies.
Depleted
Your Bonus Balance reached zero while playing.
There is nothing left to claim, and the bonus closes.
Expired
The bonus time limit ended.
Any remaining Bonus Balance is forfeited.
Cancelled
You or support cancelled the bonus.
Any remaining Bonus Balance is forfeited.
Late Game Results
If a game round funded by bonus money settles after the bonus has ended, any winnings from that round are forfeited.
Whenever bonus funds are forfeited, you will receive a notification and can view the record in your transaction history.
Before Cancelling a Bonus
Cancelling a bonus immediately forfeits your entire remaining Bonus Balance.
Before confirming, the cancellation dialog will show exactly how much Bonus Balance you are giving up.
Game Restrictions
Some bonuses may exclude certain games or providers.
While a restricted bonus is active and your Bonus wallet is selected:
- Restricted games may show a zero balance.
- Bets may be rejected on restricted games.
- You can still play those games with your Main Balance by switching back to Main.

FAQ
Why can't I select the Bonus wallet?
You do not have an active bonus.
The Bonus wallet is only available while a bonus is active. Activate a bonus first from the Bonuses page.
I switched to Bonus, but my bet used real money. Why?
Check the wallet switcher.
Bets always use the wallet marked Active. If Main was active when you placed the bet, the bet used your Main Balance and
did not count toward bonus wagering.
Can I withdraw my Bonus Balance directly?
No.
Bonus funds must complete the wagering requirement and be claimed to your Main Balance first.
Can I deposit or tip while using the Bonus wallet?
Yes.
Deposits always go to your Main Balance. Tips, rain, vault transfers, and withdrawals also use your Main Balance,
regardless of which wallet is active for betting.
What happens if I win with bonus money?
Winnings from bonus-funded bets stay in your Bonus Balance.
They remain part of the same bonus until the wagering requirement is completed and the bonus is claimed.
Where did my Bonus Balance go?
Your bonus most likely ended.
Check your notifications and the Bonuses page history. Expired and cancelled bonuses forfeit the remaining Bonus
Balance. This is what makes bonus money different from real money.
